About the position
We’re growing our Advertising Technology Team and wonder if YOU might be a perfect fit for us!
The AdTech Specialist will support Softonic Publisher Network team and will have experience in digital advertising technology and a proven history in working in similar roles.
Work closely with Engineering, Product Leads and Ad Operations groups to achieve advertising objectives for new products and product upgrades
Manage the implementation, integration and operations of ad technology solution providers (SSPs, DMP, Ad Server, Video Players, etc. )
Continuously search for ways to optimize digital real estate via technology as well as optimization of demand stack to maximize revenue.
Consult with ad technology vendors on technical implantation requirements and best practices.
Use data to drive decisions - using metrics to analyze trends, opportunities, close gaps and prioritize activities and manage/reduce cost. Run AB tests with special focus on revenue optimization.
Stay ahead of Industry trends and inform the business with relevant news and best practices.
Use custom tools to manage publisher ad stacks remotely
Onboard new publishers
Troubleshoot publisher integrations
Support publisher integration (internally and as a technical point of contact to the publisher)
Requisitos del candidato:
Minimum experience and qualifications
Working experience within publisher-side ad serving systems and demonstrable experience in working with product development, engineering, analytics teams with a strong focus on ad tech implementation.
+1 year experience in Performance Marketing
Advanced knowledge and clearly demonstrable experience with Ad Servers, such us Google DFP, Appnexus, Adform.
Working knowledge of programmatic platforms (SSPs, Ad Exchanges) such as Rubicon, Index, Appnexus, AdSense or Ad Exchange, etc.
Experience with Video (VAST, VPAID) and Mobile Advertising.
Experience or technical understanding around the use of data driven advertising and data management platforms.
Being proactive. Identifying problems and providing solutions, identifying new opportunities that can help the sales department to achieve Softonic goals.
Good level of English.
Great communication skills are a necessity as is the ability to work efficiently within an internal team and across various business groups. A positive, collaborative approach is a must!
Experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum software development & other common engineering best practices.
Debugging and HTML proxy tools including Charles, Firebug, Chrome Developer Tools.
